First Aid & Lifeskills Training

Quality assured First Aid courses, professionally taught in a relaxed, stress free atmosphere providing the best learning experience possible. Courses are designed for personal and business customers. Training can be run 'in house' or at a local venue countrywide.

All courses follow a structured syllabus with a good mix of theory and practical lessons with plenty of 'hands on' practise. The emphasis of each lesson is tailored to suit your working environment. This helps to make the learning relevant and easy to recall if you ever face the real emergency.

The guidelines for both theory and practical lessons are taken from the UK Resuscitation council for basic life support and NHS guidelines for first aid. Quality control is provided by First Aid International, WorkSafe Training Systems and the Countess of Chester NHS trust resuscitation training department.
